Retreats - Accommodation

The Retreat has two elements, accommodation and therapies and self-discovery. The fees are kept entirely separate, because some people chose to simply use the retreat flat as a peaceful holiday escape. Most people, of course, enjoy one or several therapy sessions, counselling and self-development or training.

Therapies & Self-development One to Ones and Workshops

Therapies, self-development and training sessions are all costed by time - I charge £30.00 per hour. The only two exceptions to this are some elements of my Indulgence Range, and Reiki Attunements, as listed below.

Indulgence range:-

Chi Kung - Chinese Energy Medicine with your own personal trainer £18 (30 min) or £35 (60 min)

Featherbright Massage - using oils and the very lightest of touches to soothe and calm the nerve endings throughout your body £35 (60 min)

Hand and foot Reflex massage - the ultimate reflexology session combining work on both feet and hands £50 (75 min)

Head, Neck and Shoulder massage - unkink those knots of tension £20 (30 min)

Reflexology - Hand and foot massage - £50 (95 min); Hand only £20 (35 min)

Reiki Attunements:-

Reiki 1 - Normally given as 2 day workshop to small group 3-6 £140

Reiki 2 - Normally day workshop, plus a half day follow-up session in small group 3-6 £210

ADVANCED REIKI - Normally day workshop in small group 3-7 £270

REIKI 3 - MASTERY

I offer Reiki 3 in two parts.

Part a is specifically for those who want to continue to use Reiki as a spiritual tool of growth and wish to have the final attunement; Part b deals with how to give attunements, work with groups and share reiki on a more professional basis. The time and guidance required by each individual will vary, so I choose to tailor each programme of training accordingly.

Normally 3a is a 1 day workshop - one to one Reiki a - £350 for day designed to your needs;

Reiki 3b - Mastery with extended support £650 for 2 day intensive, or £950 for the extended version that provides ongoing support

Flower Essences

Both ranges of Flower Essences are currently available in two sizes 10ml bottle for £5.95 and 30ml bottle for £8.95. Booklets for each range are £2.99. These and various gift collections are available at our shop.
